His experience spans 15 years within the wine industry and has provided him with opportunities to assist and craft world-class Australian wines from the Clare Valley to Margaret River. James has also completed vintages in Bordeaux and travelled extensively through many French wine regions, developing a greater understanding of \u2018terroir\u2019 and all it encompasses in producing ultra-premium wines with a sense of place. James is a huge advocate for Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay and believes the region has a massive future for these two varieties on a global scale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
